- The efficient distribution of services in buildings is a demanding
undertaking. Instaflex meets these high requirements. Size range:
16-225mm, Temperature range: 0 deg C to 95 deg C, Thermal Conductivity:
0.19W/m deg C, Expansion / Contraction: 0.13mm/m deg C, Approvals
include WRAS, Kitemark, LR, GL, ABS, BV, DiBt, DNV, KTW, Mairede
Paris, RINA Jointing method: Heat fusion (machine required),
Electrofusion or Compression.

- iFIT - a universal piping
system designed for the installation of sanitary and heating
facilities. iFIT is fast easy and economical to fit and can be
used for highly flexible polybutene pipes or dimensionally stable
multi-layered composite pipes. Size range: 16-32mm, Pressure:
PN16 at 20 deg C, Temperature range: 0 deg C to 95 deg C, Thermal
Conductivity: (PB) 0.22W/m deg C, (ML) 0.43W/m deg C, Approvals
include WRAS, DVGW, SVGW, Jointing method: Push-Fit.

for use at low temperatures down to -40 deg C and due to its
good insulation properties, requires little insulation. With
pre-insulated COOL-FIT Plus you get an advanced system with simplified
installation. Size range: 16-315mm, Temperature range: -50 deg
C to 40 deg C, Thermal Conductivity: 0.17W/m deg C, Expansion
/ Contraction: 0.02mm/m deg C, Approvals include WRAS, LR, GL,
ABS, BV, DiBt, DNV, KTW, Mairede Paris, RINA Jointing method:
Solvent cement jointing (Tangit ABS cement).

PP-R - Particularly suitable for hot and cold water installation.
High dimensional stability when hot, maximum corrosion resilence.
Also available as a higher specification multilayer option. Size
range: 20-125mm, Pressure: PN10 & PN20 at 20 deg C, Temperature
range: 0 deg C to 95 deg C, Thermal Conductivity: 0.22W/m at
20deg C, Expansion / Contraction: 0.15mm/m deg C & 0.04mm/m
deg C, Approvals include KIWA, WRAS CSTB, Lloyd Register, Jointing
method: Socket fusion, Electrofusion.
