The Eurostan "SCAT" Tap was primarily designed to be
used in those areas where water is scarce and the effects of
taps left running could prove disastrous.
There are no hand wheels to turn or levers to move, just lift
the "SCAT" tap, obtain the water, and as soon as you
remove your hand, the tap will close.
